Have you been able to check with your neighbours? Ninety percent of the time, a package is located in a couple days because it was delivered to a neighbouring location.
If the order was not mis-delivered to a neighbouring location, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will work with you in contacting your local mail delivery service provider. You may get a faster result contacting them/visiting the post office as well. Your local mail delivery service provider will be able to speak directly with your neighbourhood delivery person about where your package may have gone. Sometimes they are able to retrieve your package and re-deliver.
For cases where an order is lost, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.
